We are looking for a **Metallic Structures Supervisor** **On-site Mode \- Trujillo, Peru.** * **Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate the manufacturing and assembly of metallic structures for projects or projects involving structures * Ensure compliance with the overall construction schedule and optimize resource utilization (labor, materials, and equipment) * Implement continuous improvements in manufacturing and assembly processes, aimed at optimizing operational efficiency, reducing execution time, and minimizing rework * Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, SSOMA, and Quality) to ensure project continuity * Prepare progress, deviation, and results reports for the Operations Management team * Develop assembly procedures, inspection protocols, and necessary technical documentation to ensure control and compliance with quality standards during project execution * Supervise proper interpretation of structural drawings and technical specifications * Supervise and verify manufacturing, welding, assembly, and alignment processes of metallic structures, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and established quality criteria * Control material quality, weld quality, non-destructive testing, and finishes * Validate quantity take-offs, work progress, and technical compliance of executed works * Ensure proper technical documentation and site records, guaranteeing their traceability and availability throughout project execution * Other duties consistent with the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 4–6 years of experience supervising metallic structures * Specialization, diploma, or courses in Metallic Structures, Construction Management, Welding, or Project Supervision (Desirable) * Experience in supervision of manufacturing and assembly of metallic structures * Experience in interpreting structural drawings and technical specifications * Solid knowledge of technical standards: AWS, AISC, ASTM (or other applicable standards) * Experience controlling weld quality, material quality, and assembly of structural elements * Experience in schedule management, quantity take-offs, and progress control * Knowledge of industrial safety regulations applicable to working at heights and metallic structures * AutoCAD (Intermediate–Advanced) * Excel (Intermediate) * MS Project or planning software (Desirable) * English (Basic–Intermediate) **Benefits** * SCTR * Ongoing training * Benefits via the BUK platform * Participation in corporate events * Career path Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,700\.00 \- S/.6,500\.00 per month Application Questions: * How many years of experience do you have? * Where do you live?
