Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring environmental compliance, proper sample and equipment handling, and safety management in drilling operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with environmental requirements and sample handling procedures. 2. Guarantee proper sample handling and equipment maintenance. 3. Manage safety and report operational incidents. * Implement the Environmental Management Plan. * Ensure compliance with the sample handling procedure on the rig and during transportation. * Guarantee proper sample handling. * Label sample boxes and maintain consistency between recorded well depth and the length indicated on sample boxes. * Ensure compliance with the Machine Assembly and Disassembly Procedure. * Ensure compliance with the Internal Pipe and Drill String Handling Procedure. * Ensure compliance with the Tubing Addition and Removal Procedure. * Ensure compliance with the Safe Drilling Rig Mobilization Procedure. * Ensure compliance with the Water Recirculation and Mud Handling Procedure. * Verify the final disposal of mud generated at drilling platforms. * Conduct regular inspections of fuel storage areas to prevent leaks and/or spills. * Efficiently manage the use of drilling additives and components. * Ensure proper use and care of drilling equipment, tools, and components. * Maintain personal drilling tools and equipment. * Use organizational safety devices correctly. * Comply with organizational guidelines and policies. * Immediately report all operational, safety, and environmental incidents to the immediate supervisor or the HSE department. * Comply with all guidelines, authorities, and responsibilities assigned by the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System.
