Promotion of a safe work culture and continuous improvement MINE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – UNDERGROUND (ADIT) **Catalina Huanca Mining Unit – Ayacucho** **Work Schedule:** 14 days on / 7 days off Join our team! We are looking for a **Mine Operations Supervisor** with underground mining experience, results-oriented mindset, operational leadership, and safety management expertise. We seek a professional capable of supervising mineral and waste transportation operations, ensuring achievement of production targets under strict Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) standards. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and control mineral and waste transportation operations underground. * Continuously monitor haul truck operators’ performance to ensure daily production targets are met. * Coordinate loading, hauling, and dumping activities with involved departments to ensure operational continuity. * Monitor cycle times, fleet productivity, and equipment performance. * Verify compliance with operational procedures and Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) standards. * Lead operational personnel by promoting a safe work culture, discipline, and continuous improvement. * Report operational incidents and propose improvement actions to optimize productivity. * Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and resources assigned during operations. Requirements: * **Licensed, registered, and authorized Mining Engineer (mandatory).** * Minimum of **3 years** of experience as a Mine Operations Supervisor, Transportation Supervisor, or Mine Supervisor in underground mining. * Proven experience supervising mineral and waste transportation operations underground (adit). * Experience leading haul truck operators and monitoring production target compliance. * Knowledge of loading, hauling, and fleet management operations. * Solid knowledge of Mining Safety, IPERC, PETS, ATS, PETAR, and SSOMA standards. * Proficiency in operational reporting and production indicators. * Availability to work under a 14 days on / 7 days off schedule. * Class A1 driver’s license (minimum 5 years of validity) Benefits: * Formal employment registration with **all statutory benefits**. * **14 days on / 7 days off** work schedule. * **100% covered meals and accommodation**. * **Career development path**.
