REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service. - Technical and/or university-level education in Business Administration, IT, Systems, or related fields. - Full-time availability from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. - Experience working in teams and under pressure. - Immediate availability and minimum commitment of 1 year. - 100% on-site work. SKILLS: - Strong verbal communication skills. - Ability to achieve established goals. - Initiative and self-motivation. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure sales targets are met at the assigned store. - Supervise sales staff reporting to you. - Manage cash register opening and closing procedures. - Conduct store opening and closing procedures. - Receive incoming merchandise and enter it into the system. - Maintain store order and cleanliness.
