Learn more about our RAN O&M COORDINATOR vacancy. **Job Responsibilities:** * Maintain and improve mobile access network performance indicators in accordance with RAN quality policy. * Define and continuously improve procedures, standards, and technical specifications required for RAN operation and optimization. * Conduct RAN parameter audits aligned with the baseline defined by Engineering. * Manage preventive and corrective O\&M activities. **Requirements:** University degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, with hands-on experience in mobile communications (3G, 4G, 5G) Experience in monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting related to RAN KPIs. Experience in root cause analysis for RAN KPI degradations. Experience in deploying RAN functionalities associated with optimization.
