Objective: To comprehensively manage warehouse operations through planning, supervision, and control of logistics processes, ensuring proper inventory management, compliance with current regulations, preparation and validation of technical documentation, and implementation of operational improvements that guarantee efficiency, traceability, and continuity of operations. Responsibilities: * Plan, organize, direct, and control receiving, storage, custody, and dispatch operations for materials, ensuring operational continuity and adherence to established procedures. * Supervise and lead warehouse operational staff, allocating resources, evaluating performance, and promoting continuous team improvement. * Ensure inventory accuracy through execution and control of cyclic, rotating, and general inventories. * Monitor stock levels and material availability, identifying risks of stockouts or overstocking, and proposing corrective actions. * Supervise material receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and return processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards. * Prepare, review, and validate technical reports, operational reports, and warehouse control documentation within their scope of responsibility. * Monitor and analyze logistics management indicators (KPIs), proposing action plans aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and service levels. * Manage and follow up on claims, discrepancies, and non-conformities related to materials, suppliers, and internal users. * Coordinate with user departments, logistics, procurement, transportation, and transit warehouses to ensure proper material management. * Ensure compliance with the organization’s and applicable regulations’ guidelines on Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality. * Participate in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring timely closure of observations and findings. Implement and promote continuous improvement tools, operational control, order and cleanliness (5S), optimizing warehouse processes. * Comply with and enforce the Integrated Management System, as well as perform other related duties assigned by immediate supervisors. Requirements: * 4 years of experience in related positions. * Degree in Industrial Engineering (licensed and registered). * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI. * Knowledge of transportation and warehouse systems. * Availability to work on a 14x7 schedule.
