Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources professional with experience in Peruvian labor legislation to manage talent processes, personnel administration, and internal communication. Key role in coordinating onboarding, training, and internal communication. **REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * University degree in Accounting or Administration, with specialization in Organizational Psychology and Human Resources. * Minimum 3 years of experience performing functions in the Human Resources area. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Plan and execute human talent attraction, assessment, and selection processes. * Manage personnel onboarding, contracts, renewals, and separations. * Administer and maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files. * Monitor attendance, leaves of absence, vacations, and medical leave. * Prepare and validate payroll and salary information, coordinating payments with Accounting. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations. * Address staff inquiries and act as liaison between employees and management. * Coordinate onboarding, training, and internal communication processes. * Prepare basic HR reports and indicators. * Strong organizational skills, ability to handle confidential information, and professional judgment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. * On-site work mode – Miraflores (near Cabitos station of the electric train). Employment type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: S/.2,200.00 – S/.2,800.00 per month. Workplace: On-site employment.
