




An automotive parts sales company is seeking a candidate for the position of **LOGISTICS ASSISTANT – INVENTORY CONTROL** at our main office in LA VICTORIA. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Technical diploma or completed undergraduate studies; bachelor’s degree or graduates in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. · Advanced-level Excel proficiency. · Knowledge of inventory control and logistics. · Availability to work in La Victoria. · Proactive attitude and willingness to visit multiple stores across various districts of Lima. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Conduct comprehensive and selective inventories of finished goods. · Review incoming and outgoing movements in the system. · Analyze and identify root causes of discrepancies. · Perform cyclic and comprehensive inventories. · Maintain accurate physical inventory vs. system records. · Track claims and stock shortages. · Continuously monitor fulfilled orders, transfers, and pending shipments. · Prepare monthly closing reports. · Support the Logistics Manager in planning inventory improvement initiatives. · Carry out duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **CONDITIONS:** · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. · Workplace: La Victoria. · Employment modality: Hourly wage (RxH). · Bi-weekly payroll.
