We are looking for a **Full Stack .NET/React Developer** to join technology solution development and evolution projects within the organization. The role will actively participate in designing, building, and continuously improving modern applications, ensuring high standards of quality, scalability, and development best practices. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain new and existing solutions within the organization. * Implement and lead the use of best practices in solution development. * Develop reusable components, including libraries, DLLs, and utilities. * Implement integration components such as APIs, message queues, and SDKs. * Propose and innovate in the use of tools and frameworks applicable to new and existing solutions. * Refactor code and fix identified bugs, following development best practices. * Document code, technical processes, and implemented solutions. **Requirements** * 3 years of full-stack development experience using .NET and React. * Bachelor’s degree or university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience with design patterns. * Experience with cloud services, especially AWS. * .NET 9, with experience in microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Dapper. * Advanced React, including React 18, Redux, Axios, TanStack, Zustand, and Tailwind. * Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). * Development of REST and GraphQL APIs, with authentication and authorization via JWT and OAuth2. * Git usage and experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). **Work Conditions:** * Work Modality: On-site for the first month, then hybrid (San Borja). * Flexible schedule Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Team-based work environment.
