Electricians are required with the following qualifications: **Mandatory Requirements:** **✔ General Experience:** * **Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in the mining sector.** * Familiarity with **industrial electrical regulations and mining safety standards**. **✔ Technical Knowledge:** **Electrical and Power Systems** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of **transformers**. * Diagnosis of **electric motors**: three-phase, star/delta starting, soft starters. * Operation of **power and distribution electrical panels**. * Inspection and maintenance of **electrical rooms**. **Control, Automation, and Variable-Frequency Drives (VFDs)** * Configuration and maintenance of **variable-frequency drives (VFDs)** from various manufacturers. * Proficiency in **industrial control systems**. * Ability to analyze, detect, and resolve **electrical and electronic faults** in automation systems. **Desired Competencies:** * Capacity for **rapid and accurate diagnosis** of critical faults. * Ability to work under pressure and in mining environments. * Orderliness, discipline, and safety orientation. * Teamwork with mechanical maintenance and operations departments. **Education:** * Technician or graduate in **Electrical Engineering**, **Electrotechnology**, **Electromechanics**, or related fields. **Work Modality:** * Mining labor regime, as per project requirements. * Willingness to travel and rotate locations.
