Career progression opportunities within a growing company **DESCRIPTION:** We are a rapidly growing Security and Prevention company, and therefore we are currently seeking Patrol Supervisors. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Continuous supervision of services and personnel under direct supervision; communication with clients at all levels. * Verification of security system compliance across all assigned units; identification and resolution of unsafe situations. * Coverage of vacant positions or positions left unattended for various reasons. * Development of specific job functions for each security position. * Preparation of service rosters for assigned units. * Management of uniforms or equipment required for service delivery. * Preparation of reports and/or incident reports. * Preparation of vehicle status reports for assigned mobility units. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * University degree and/or technical degree from the Armed Forces, Air Force (FAP), or Navy. * Minimum two years’ experience in personnel supervision within the security sector. * Knowledge of asset security and risk analysis. * Motorcycle driving license. * Intermediate Office software proficiency. **BENEFITS:** * Pleasant working environment. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Timely and bi-weekly salary payments. * Opportunity to join a growing company offering career progression paths.
