Professional development in processes and IT IDM Technology, specialists in IT solutions for various industries, is looking for a **Process Specialist** to join a major operation within one of the country’s most important companies. **Responsibilities:** * Capture requirements and model processes (BPMN 2\.0, EPC). * Map AS\-IS/TO\-BE and redesign 2E2 (End\-to\-End). * Identify bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities using Process Mining. * Train users on new procedures and operational models. * Design transformational models (organizational, operational, end-to-end processes). **Requirements** * Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience. * 4 years of experience in the banking sector (retail/corporate). * 2 or more years of experience in digital transformation projects. * Experience with Process Modeling tools (BPMN 2\.0, EPC (Event – Driven Process Chain). \- **Advanced** * Solid experience in requirements gathering and process documentation (BPMN 2\.0\). * Experience in BPM modeling using specialized tools (Appian). * Microsoft 365 (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query). * Agile methodologies: SCRUM, Kanban (Jira, Azure DevOps). * Banking Reference Model: BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network). * Process Analysis: Process Mining (Celonis, UiPath, Automation Hub). * RPA Automation Tool: UiPath. * Automation Anywhere (for administrative processes). * Data Modeling: Oracle Data Modeler, ER/Studio. * BPMN specialization: Appian Certified Associate or Bizagi. * Certification in agile methodologies: SCRUM MASTER (CSM\- Certified Scrum Master) or Product Owner (CSPO). * Business Analysis Certification (IIBA CCBA). * Appian certifications. **Benefits:** * Full-time employment contract. * Growth opportunity. * Positive work environment.
