Position Summary: Provide administrative support to meet departmental needs by addressing logistical and administrative requirements that impact operations. Key Highlights: 1. Support in managing training programs. 2. Support in operational time control and continuous improvement. 3. Participation in training sessions and operational tasks. **Position Objective:** Provide administrative support to meet departmental needs by addressing logistical and administrative requirements that impact operations, as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the management of various training programs provided by Enaex to operations personnel. * Provide support for equipment transportation to operations by managing required documentation. * Support operational time control to identify improvement opportunities and prepare related reports. * Support administrative processes related to operations personnel. * Participate in training sessions and perform operational tasks and electronic initiation system activities. * Facilitate physical/virtual spaces for training sessions conducted by Enaex or third parties. * Track commitments or agreements arising from training meetings. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Availability to work in La Libertad \- Huamachuco. * Availability to work under mining regulations. * No prior professional internship experience. * Graduate and/or Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field. * Intermediate-level Office skills. * Knowledge of blasting-oriented software. * Understanding of processes and continuous improvement. * Knowledge of blasting design software. * Knowledge of explosive usage and properties.
