FIELD / OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR** **Position Profile:** A professional responsible for field activity supervision, control, and execution, ensuring compliance with established technical, safety, and quality standards in assigned projects. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered engineer in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Materials Engineering, or related disciplines. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the mining sector, specifically in: * Welding processes for large-scale mining equipment (mining trucks, shovels, loaders, yellow-line equipment, and auxiliary equipment). * Supervision of structural maintenance and repair of critical components. * Knowledge of welding procedures, inspection, and quality control. * Familiarity with industrial safety regulations and high-risk work protocols. * Experience managing technical field personnel. **Competencies:** * Leadership and ability to direct multidisciplinary teams. * Planning and control of operational activities. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives. * Effective communication and on-site decision-making. * Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise proper execution of fieldwork, ensuring adherence to established technical procedures. * Coordinate and lead operational staff, assigning tasks and verifying progress. * Guarantee compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Monitor allocated resources (labor, equipment, tools, and materials). * Report progress, incidents, and outcomes to the relevant supervisor. * Propose improvements to operational processes and fieldwork execution. **Application:** Interested candidates meeting the profile may submit their documented CV.
