Job Summary: Responsible for on-site customer verification and efficient negotiation-based collection of overdue payments, meeting performance targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-site customer verification and credit information verification. 2. Daily on-site collection management for assigned customers. 3. Professional development and career growth opportunities at CRESA. Responsible for conducting on-site verifications of our customers according to assigned requests, as well as collecting overdue payments through efficient and high-quality negotiations with each customer, aiming to achieve their performance targets. Credit: Conduct on-site verification of customers according to credit application requests automatically assigned by the system; verify in person and on-site with the customer the information submitted in the credit application, at the location of the customer’s residence, business, or workplace, in order to obtain and record the customer’s actual data. Collections: Perform daily on-site collection activities for customers assigned to your portfolio, visiting the addresses registered in their credit applications or any other address facilitating customer location.
