Main Responsibilities * Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Take beverage and product orders. * Keep assigned areas clean and organized. * Regularly monitor customer service and comfort. * Promote nightclub promotions, combo offers, and products. * Coordinate with bar, cashier, and security teams for efficient service. * Handle payments or orders according to the venue's system. * Report incidents or conflicts to the supervisor. * Adhere to hygiene, appearance, and customer service protocols.
