IDM Technology, IT solutions specialists, is seeking a Semi-Senior Backend Developer to join a major company in the region. Responsibilities: * Develop backend components autonomously. * Participate in technical design. * Interpret functional requirements. * Propose standard technical solutions. * Collaborate multidisciplinarily with other teams. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend services and APIs. * Advanced knowledge of Java and the Spring ecosystem. * Proficiency in Azure. * Use of GitHub Copilot to support refactoring and code generation. * Solid understanding of functional/reactive/async programming. * Application of SOLID principles and Clean Code practices. * Experience implementing testing (Mockito, integration tests). * Advanced Git proficiency, including conflict resolution. * Intermediate experience with GitHub for collaboration (code reviews, branch management). * Functional mastery of design patterns. * Experience modeling basic architecture and using UML (components, packages). * Moderate experience using Docker and simple pipelines (desirable). * Certifications such as AZ-204 (Developing Solutions for Azure), Spring Professional, or Docker Certified Associate.
