**Minimum Requirements:** * Diploma of Nursing Technician from a Higher Institute. * At least 01 year of experience in similar roles. * Prior employment at ophthalmology-specialized clinics (Desirable). * Experience in ophthalmology outpatient clinics (Desirable). * Proficiency in the LOLCLI system (Desirable). * Expertise in operating ophthalmic diagnostic imaging equipment. **Responsibilities:** * Assist the on-duty physician and provide patient care in the outpatient clinic. * Document in the clinical record what is dictated by the attending physician, as well as prepare prescriptions and examination orders. * Perform diagnostic imaging examinations. * Participate in surgical scheduling planning with the Medical Director and/or Medical Staff. * Explain, communicate, and address patient inquiries regarding any treatment or service. * Maintain constant communication with all staff to ensure accurate information flow during daily activities and surgical procedures. * Provide surgical instrumentation assistance in the operating room for the Chiclayo and Cajamarca locations, if required. * Ensure compliance with biosafety principles and standards from the entry to the exit of healthcare personnel and patients from the operating room.
