Position Summary: We are seeking a bilingual Primary School Teacher for an educational institution focused on the International Baccalaureate (IB), responsible for supervision, curriculum planning, and student assessment, ensuring excellence in teaching. Promotes communication and collaboration between families and schools Our client, Davy College — an educational institution focused on the International Baccalaureate (IB) — is seeking the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education, accredited by SUNEDU. * Minimum English proficiency level B2; C1 is desirable (English instruction required). * If a native English speaker, functional Spanish proficiency is required. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a classroom tutor at the Primary level (desirable). * Proficiency in ICT tools and digital platforms (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.). * Familiarity with the IPC program by Fieldwork Education (desirable). * Experience in international educational institutions or those implementing IB programs (desirable). * Willingness to reside in the city of Cajamarca. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure compliance with institutional policies regarding supervision, discipline, coexistence, and student safety, both inside and outside the classroom, aligning with institutional objectives. * Develop, manage, and implement the curricular and institutional plan according to guidelines for each level, program, and grade to guarantee achievement of subject-specific and institutional learning objectives. * Design, coordinate, and conduct assessments aligned with the student’s level, grade, and program — including diagnostic, formative, analysis, and interpretation of results — to evidence competency, capacity, and skill attainment, and ensure timely communication regarding student learning progress. * Monitor the progress and performance of students enrolled in differentiated assessment systems or support programs (SAE / Well-being) to meet individual student goals. * Maintain timely communication with parents using college-provided tools (DAVY ONLINE) to ensure effective communication regarding academic and socio-emotional progress, challenges, and improvements — enabling collaborative family–school partnerships. * Keep DRIVE, GOOGLE CLASSROOM, and DAVY ONLINE updated with required information according to established guidelines and deadlines set by the college, to ensure effective teaching–learning processes and information traceability. * Implement teaching methodology, key elements, and pedagogical approaches in class per college guidelines, the IPC program, and the national curriculum (MINEDU), achieving excellence in teaching aligned with national and international standards. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; two days per week extended until 4:30 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Formal payroll registration * PACIFICO Health Insurance and 100% covered Oncological Insurance * Educational benefit for employees with children * Transportation allowance Please send your CV to cv@selekto-rrhh.com with subject line: Bilingual Primary School Teacher – Cajamarca.
