Work order tracking **Job Description:** Provide logistical and operational support in managing resources, materials, and scheduling of technical activities, ensuring the proper execution of installations, maintenance, and other services provided to Claro Hogar program customers. Office location: Anaximandro Vega 905 Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 am \- 6:0 pm **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and manage inventory of materials, equipment, and tools required for installations (routers, decoders, cables, etc.). * Verify and file field-generated documentation: installation certificates, guides, forms, etc. * Track work orders, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards established by Claro. * Maintain constant communication with technicians, supervisors, and the administrative department to ensure smooth operations.
