Position Summary: ACCIONA is seeking an Electrical Engineer to manage and supervise pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, lead teams, and ensure the efficient startup of systems. They are responsible for defining and establishing the required strategy for Operations Services, maximizing company performance—with particular emphasis on customer relations—and aligning departmental activities and projects with the needs and services demanded by internal customers. They are responsible for repairing and maintaining auxiliary machinery and equipment. Conduct regular inspections to verify that facilities remain in good operational condition. Perform general maintenance work and maintenance of service automation components. **Candidate Requirements** ACCIONA, for its WATER business unit, seeks to hire a professional with the following profile: **Position Objective**: * Fully manage and supervise pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure proper execution of tests, compliance with technical and safety standards, as well as identification and resolution of faults—guaranteeing efficient and safe system startup. **Responsibilities:** * Verify final drive equipment (motors, transformers, rectifiers, etc.). * Review protection settings, including interlocks and intertrips. * Conduct functional logic group tests. * Verify rotating equipment. * Verify system alignment for testing. * Coordinate with other discipline leads during plant start-up. * Coordinate with other discipline leads during plant tuning and optimization. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 7 years of experience in processes and start-up, with specific expertise in electrical systems. * Basic/intermediate English proficiency (desirable). **Other Requirements:** Willingness to travel.
