Additionally, prepare project performance monitoring reports and support identification of deviations from the established baseline. **Candidate Requirements** **Responsibilities:** * Consolidate physical progress information from field supervision and contractors for project control. * Prepare and update progress curves (S-Curve), comparing actual progress against the schedule baseline. * Calculate and monitor project performance indicators such as SPI, discipline-wise progress, and schedule deviations. * Coordinate with construction and supervision teams to validate executed quantities supporting progress reporting. * Support review and consolidation of monthly contractor and subcontractor valuations. * Prepare periodic project control reports for management and senior leadership, including weekly and monthly reports. * Coordinate with planning to update the schedule and analyze deviations from the baseline plan. * Support tracking of contractual changes (change orders) and their impact on project cost and schedule. * Maintain up-to-date physical progress, financial, and project-related documentation databases. * Coordinate with engineering, logistics, HSE, and quality departments to ensure consistency and coherence of project information. **Required Profile:** **Academic Qualifications:** * Civil, Business, Industrial, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering or related fields. **Years of Required Experience:** * Minimum 4 years in project control, planning, cost management, or construction management within EPC or construction environments. * 2 years in similar positions. **Languages and Proficiency Level:** * Intermediate English (desirable). **Additional Knowledge:** * EPC or construction project control * MS Project or Primavera P6 (desirable) * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis) * Performance indicators (SPI, CPI, S-curves) * Construction valuations and cost control * Project document management **Availability to work non-standard hours in Cajamarca.** ACCIONA has received the Top Employer 2024 and 2025 certification.
