Work collaboratively and proactively. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Provide operational support for construction activities, assisting supervisors and workers in carrying out assigned tasks. Responsibilities include supplying materials and tools (bricks, cement, aggregates), preparing mixtures, transporting supplies, and maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. Additionally, perform basic tasks such as chiseling surfaces using hand tools (chisel and hammer), assisting with minor demolitions, and preparing the construction site. Must follow instructions from the site supervisor and comply with occupational health and safety regulations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Must be over 18 years of age * Minimum 6 months of experience in building projects * No criminal record * Immediate availability * Proactivity, organization, and ability to work in a team Work Location: On-site employment
