Job Summary: We are seeking a Multiple Driver II to operate transportation vehicles for personnel and materials, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintenance requirements. As leaders in innovation and technological development, we seek experts to drive sustainable development and deliver solutions to the world’s greatest challenges—such as global warming, overpopulation, and water scarcity.** **Position Description** **ACCIONA, within its Industrial Business Unit, requires a Multiple Driver II for its project in Cajamarca.** **Mission:** Properly operate the assigned vehicle to fulfill scheduled transportation tasks, in accordance with the Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulation and all applicable safety, quality, and environmental standards, norms, and procedures. **Candidate Requirements** **Responsibilities:** -------------- * **Operate assigned pickup trucks and minibuses for the safe transportation of personnel, tools, and materials.** * **Conduct daily inspections and pre-operation checklists of the vehicle.** * **Verify proper mechanical operation, fluid levels, lights, tires, and safety equipment.** * **Carry out the preventive maintenance schedule and report mechanical incidents.** * **Maintain up-to-date mandatory documentation for both the vehicle and the driver.** * **Comply with road safety regulations, defensive driving practices, and internal project procedures.** * **Report incidents, accidents, and observations related to vehicle operations.** * **Maintain order, cleanliness, and supplies in the assigned vehicle.** * **Execute authorized transfers both within and outside the project, as required by operational needs.** **Profile:** =========== **Academic Qualifications:** ------------------------ * Completed secondary education * Valid AIIIC driver’s license * Proven experience driving pickup trucks and minibuses * Availability to work on a project basis and travel * Clean traffic violation record * Completion of a defensive driving course provided by an external entity, minimum duration of 6 hours * Ability to work under safety standards and operational procedures **Years of Required Experience:** * More than 5 years of experience driving light vehicles and transporting personnel * Experience operating pickup trucks, minibuses, and transport units in construction, energy, and industrial projects * Experience transporting personnel, supervisors, materials, and equipment to worksites and camps * Experience conducting vehicle inspections, completing vehicle checklists, managing documentation, and complying with road safety protocols * Experience navigating worksite routes, access roads, and practicing preventive driving under project operating conditions—including routes with challenging geography ACCIONA has received the Top Employer 2024 and 2025 certification.
