Job Summary: Support the blasting process by operating auxiliary equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Support efficient and safe blasting processes. 2. Perform key tasks in hole preparation and loading. 3. Operate auxiliary equipment and transport materials. Role Objective: Support the blasting process by operating auxiliary equipment to ensure it is carried out in the most efficient and safe manner. Key Responsibilities: * Inspect equipment at the start and end of each shift, completing required documentation. * Transport equipment and materials to and from the blasting area. * Use the equipment in its various configurations to cap holes and/or transport material, following specified sequences. * Conduct measurements, priming, stemming, and support during hole loading. * Assist in unloading raw materials and explosives at site and in the magazine. * Report hazardous situations to the relevant supervisor. Requirements: * High school diploma required. * Two years of experience in blasting operations preferred. * One year of experience transporting and driving a pickup truck preferred. * Valid A2B driver's license required.
