At Helatonys S.A.C. (Yamboly Ice Cream), a company in the food industry, we are seeking a Technical Manager and Authorized Representative before SUNAT for IQBF-related processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards in our production processes. Requirements * Graduate in Industrial Hygiene, Chemistry, Food Engineering, Food Sciences, Biology, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of GMP, Hygiene and Sanitation, HACCP *(mandatory)*. * Knowledge of international food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, BRC, among others. * Specific training in food hygiene and safety. * Knowledge of IQF declaration before SUNAT. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions within the food industry *(mandatory)*. Competencies and Responsibilities * Prepare, manage, and support applications, technical reports, and reports. * Implement the IQBF control and monitoring system. * Safeguard warehouses where IQBF is handled. * Verify formulations and proper usage in processes. * Lead inspections by authorities. * Ensure compliance with current sanitary regulations.
