Efficiently manages technical teams and contractors. **MECHANICAL ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR** **Professional Profile** We are looking for a qualified, licensed, and registered **Mechanical Engineer**, Electromechanical Engineer, or related professional, with solid experience supervising mechanical work in industrial and mining projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper execution of assigned tasks, compliance with quality and safety standards, and efficient management of personnel under their supervision. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Supervise on-site mechanical work execution, ensuring adherence to schedules and technical specifications. 2\. Verify the installation of equipment, structures, and mechanical systems, guaranteeing proper operation and safety. 3\. Manage and coordinate technical staff and contractors during installation and maintenance activities. 4\. Conduct inspections of equipment, structures, and mechanical systems to ensure quality and prevent failures. 5\. Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. 6\. Participate in project planning and monitoring, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions. **Essential Requirements** 1\. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field, duly registered and licensed. 2\. Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a mechanical supervisor in industrial or mining projects. 3\. Solid experience in installation, maintenance, and supervision of mechanical systems. 4\. Demonstrated ability to manage technical staff and contractors on-site. 5\. Knowledge of inspection of equipment, structures, and mechanical systems. 6\.
