Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineer, with experience in supervision, quality assurance, and quality control for electromechanical projects in the mining and industrial sectors. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in supervision, quality assurance, and quality control. 2. Experience in industrial and mining electromechanical projects. 3. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and technical standards. WE ARE HIRING: QUALITY SUPERVISOR PROFILE: Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineer, or related degree holder, duly licensed and registered, with solid experience in supervision, quality assurance, and quality control for electromechanical projects in the mining and industrial sectors. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate engineer, licensed and registered. Minimum 5 years of experience in supervision and quality control for industrial and/or mining electromechanical projects (mandatory). Experience working in the Projects Department of Minera Yanacocha. Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial and mining projects performing quality-related functions (mandatory). Experience in electromechanical installation inspection, document control, and work release. Availability to work under a 5x2 schedule. KNOWLEDGE: Quality Management Systems applied to mining and industrial projects. Development, implementation, and monitoring of Quality Plans and ITPs. Inspection and control of electromechanical installation activities at plant and field sites. Management of non-conformities, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Knowledge of technical standards, safety, occupational health, and applicable regulations. Interpretation of drawings, technical specifications, and construction procedures. NOTE: Technical assessment and interview will be based on experience in mining and industrial projects.
