Job Summary: Performs maintenance activities to ensure the proper operation of factory trucks, carrying out preventive and corrective tasks and managing spare parts. Key Highlights: 1. Spare parts coordination and management ###### **Mission or Objective: Execute maintenance activities according to defined quality and productivity standards to ensure the proper operation of factory trucks.** Responsibilities: * Perform maintenance activities using respective work orders. * Comply with the established daily and weekly maintenance schedule for equipment. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with established procedures. * Complete executed work orders. * Inspect equipment functional status according to the inspection plan and operational requirements. * Request spare parts in case of emergency. * Identify the root cause of equipment faults or deficiencies. * Detect deficiencies or improvement opportunities in operational systems and processes. * Coordinate equipment removal for maintenance and repairs. * Maintain a basic inventory record of commonly used spare parts (e.g., brake discs, valves, etc.). * Maintain a minimum stock of spare parts for daily use. * Operate and park equipment in compliance with established safety regulations when required. * Assess risk conditions in blasting zones. * Report hazardous situations to the relevant supervisor. Requirements: * Technical qualification in automotive mechanics, industrial electricity, maintenance electrician, heavy equipment maintenance, automotive mechatronics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile equipment maintenance, including reading and interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams. * At least 1 year of experience performing factory truck maintenance. * Diesel, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic mechanics. * Driver's license Class AIIB is desirable.
