Job Summary: Lead risk, occupational safety, and health management within the reliability and predictive maintenance service, supervise safety during NDT inspections, and conduct equipment condition diagnostics. Ability to perform NDT inspections and equipment condition diagnosis. **Location:** Cajamarca **Work Schedule:** 14x7 \| Working Hours: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm **The Challenge:** Lead risk, occupational safety, and health management during the execution of the reliability and predictive maintenance service. What Are We Looking For? **Education:** Bachelor's Degree and Licensed Professional Engineer (Mechanical, Mining, Safety, or related fields). **Experience:** Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience in the mining sector. **Technical Knowledge:** Specialist in shaft, pulley, and gear alignment. Knowledge of dynamic and static balancing (valid certifications required). **Additional Skills:** Ability to perform NDT inspections and equipment condition diagnosis. **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise safety during the execution and analysis of NDT inspections. Perform equipment condition diagnostics according to mining safety standards. Provide technical support to the Reliability Engineer.
