Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience (industrial sector preferred). Proficiency in using computer equipment. Basic accounting knowledge. Knowledge of purchase orders and quotations. Knowledge of import procedures. Negotiation skills. Knowledge of booking domestic and international air and land transportation tickets. Ability to learn. Document drafting skills. Availability to work in Surco from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. (reference: alternative location Universidad Ricardo Palma). **Responsibilities**: Record purchases. Prepare daily bank reconciliations. Issue purchase orders to national and international suppliers. Purchase and reserve transportation tickets (air and land) and hotels. Accounts payable reports. Import expense control. Supplier and customer evaluations. Customs clearance follow-up management. Manage credit lines with suppliers.
