




Job Summary: Oversee documentary information related to operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, personnel management, and operational logistics at a mining unit. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages documentation and licenses to ensure regulatory compliance. 2. Manages personnel, inventories, and plant equipment. 3. Coordinates logistics and operates vehicles at the mining unit. **Role Objective:** Oversee operational documentary information to comply with regulations, internal and external programs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Follow specific operational procedures and work instructions. * Ensure all permits and/or licenses are up to date (e.g., vehicles, facilities, etc.). * Maintain personnel records (e.g., staff turnover, medical leaves, permissions, overtime, etc.). * Keep required legal documentation current, including client-mandated requirements. * Maintain control and records (inventories, stock control, entry/exit registration of explosive materials) for the explosives magazine, as required by applicable legislation. * Maintain control over equipment, materials, and personnel associated with plant processes. * Organize and distribute generated information. * Submit requests for equipment and material allocation to the service unit. * Enter information into the SAP system. * Enter and make operational information available in the relevant system. * Record monthly closing information, inventories, stock levels, and closures. * Coordinate all personnel, equipment, and material entry and exit to and from the plant. * Operate a pickup truck across various zones of the mining unit to coordinate with suppliers, internal and external clients. **Requirements:** * Technical and/or university degree in Business Administration or related fields (preferred). * Minimum two years’ experience in this role within mining contractor companies (preferred). * Class A1 driver’s license valid for at least two years (preferred). * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Willingness to work in Arequipa.
