Job Summary: We are seeking engineers with experience in the mining sector to manage the supervision and operation of water treatment systems, ensuring quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the supervision and operation of water treatment systems. 2. Leads teams and ensures compliance with safety standards. 3. Optimizes performance and guarantees service quality. We are a Peruvian company operating from the city of Cajamarca, providing specialized services focused on the operation and maintenance of water treatment plants. We are looking for Environmental, Metallurgical, Chemical, Sanitary, Industrial, Mechanical/Electrical Engineers or related disciplines. Minimum 03 years of experience in the mining sector. Job Responsibilities: * Manage the supervision system, operational activities, safety, and worker welfare with motivation and empathy to ensure service success. * Organize, direct, execute, and control the supervision\-operation of water treatment systems. * Manage work procedures that optimize operational performance. * Continuously supervise personnel assigned to MLZ water treatment supervision. * Ensure appropriate supervision and operation of water treatment systems in accordance with technical construction standards for treatment plants, stipulated planning, and legal conditions agreed upon with client MLZ. * Possess leadership ability and authority to ensure compliance with safety and operational conditions as stipulated in legal agreements with client MLZ. * Handle financial administration, laws, interpersonal relations, among others. * Guarantee high-quality supervision and operation so that discharge results from water treatment systems meet standards established by internal and external regulatory entities. * Understand the scope of the service contract for efficient management of the water treatment system and achieve optimal results satisfying client MLZ. * Supervise material and equipment quality, and ensure proper storage and controlled use of PPE, equipment, and/or materials employed in the supervision and operation of water treatment systems. Materials or equipment unsuitable for the tasks at hand must be rejected. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.5,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
