Lead and develop field sales teams. Drive the placement of agreement-based loans. Conduct daily follow-up on results and goal achievement. Train and support the team throughout the commercial process. Analyze performance indicators and optimize team productivity. What are we looking for? Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the financial sector. Knowledge of agreement-based loans and/or payroll deduction loans. Experience leading commercial teams and achieving targets. Leadership, motivation, and communication skills. Analytical ability and results orientation.
