Job Summary: STRACON is seeking an experienced Mini-Loader Operator for mining operations to safely operate and maintain equipment, applying defensive driving techniques and monitoring component conditions. Monitor the condition of components before, during, and after operation STRACON, a mining-sector company with extensive experience in comprehensive construction services and open-pit and underground mining services, is currently seeking the following specialty for work in the country's NORTHERN REGION. · Mini-Loader Operator Responsibilities: · Operate and maintain assigned equipment correctly, adhering to safe operating procedures. Identify the location of the equipment’s main components and explain their basic functions. Apply defensive driving techniques at all times. Safely and correctly relocate the vehicle to the maintenance area when required. Continuously monitor the condition of components before, during, and after operation. Complete the pre-operation checklist. · Requirements: - Completed secondary education. - Valid Class AIIIc driver’s license with no traffic violations. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. - Knowledge of general safety procedures. - Availability to work under a 14-days-on/7-days-off schedule. - Ability to identify hazards. · STRACON promotes non-discrimination practices and confidential handling of personal information, in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and Anti-Discrimination Law No. 27270.
