Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Control Center Operator to monitor electronic security platforms, manage incidents, and report events at a mining unit. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of reports and activity summaries for the Control Center At White Lion Technology, we are currently looking for a Security Control Center Operator to join our team at a mining unit. **Compensation:** S/ 2,000 per month **Work Schedule:** 7x7 or 14x14 **Work Mode:** On-site **Formal employment with all statutory benefits** **Requirements** * Minimum of three (03\) years of experience in Control Centers of mining units or private security companies that have provided services in the mining sector. * Experience in **CCTV monitoring**, intrusion alarm systems, fire suppression systems, GPS monitoring, and security and emergency incident management. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including day and night shifts. * Residency in **Cajamarca**. * Ability to work at mining units located above 3,800 m.a.s.l. * No police, criminal, or judicial records. * Completed technical or university education in Systems, Informatics, Electronics, or related fields. **Responsibilities** * Continuously monitor electronic security platforms and execute established protocols upon detection of incidents, anomalies, or suspicious activities. * Immediately report incidents, security events, and emergencies following established procedures and communication flows. * Receive, record, and communicate occurrences during the shift, coordinating promptly with the supervisory line. * Prepare reports and summaries related to activities and events managed at the Control Center. * Adhere to organizational operational procedures and security protocols. **Competencies** * Responsibility and commitment. * Integrity and confidentiality. * Ability to work under pressure. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Orientation toward procedural compliance.
