In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture, and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Coordinate laboratory technical and administrative activities. * Manage new testing techniques. * Ensure compliance with technical, operational, and quality activities in the laboratory. * Verify the calibration status and operability of equipment and glassware related to their work. * Verify routine quality controls performed in areas related to their responsibilities. * Directly support shift supervisors and/or Laboratory Coordinators in ensuring proper management of the laboratory's operational workflow. **Requirements** * Bachelor's or professional graduate from university or technical programs in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Processing, or related fields. * One to two years of experience in fire assay analysis, carbon and sulfur determination, and/or mineral processing, especially gold-bearing materials. * Proven experience in bullion analysis. * Intermediate level of computer skills. **Additional Information** * Intermittent payroll enrollment from day one. * Life insurance as per law. * Constant training opportunities. * Corporate agreements.
