**Job Mission:** Collect information on Confiteca’s production processes to manage productivity and process improvement projects. **Benefits:** * 100% meal coverage * Commuting assistance from Callao * Work schedule: Monday to Friday (48 hours per week) * Financial subsidy: S/ 1,300 **Requirements:** - Graduated or final-year student in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Food Industry Engineering - Project management experience - Proficiency in Excel and BI tools - Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools - Availability to carry out the internship fully on-site in Ventanilla **Key Responsibilities:** · Update operational instructions; collect data on times, activities, and processes. · Validate the headcount (HC) required for each operation based on time and activity analyses. · Generate necessary information for developing productivity projects (project pre-feasibility). · Support the creation of the RIC (Project Implementation Report) for plant-level projects. · Propose process improvements, productivity increases, and enhanced equipment availability. · Measure the impact of productivity projects using production indicators. · Manage activities related to the development of plant-level projects.
