Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Controller to manage, analyze, and control Occupational Health and Safety (HSE) information in mining projects, ensuring data traceability and consistency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and administer HSE databases 2. Develop dashboards and indicators for monitoring and control 3. Analyze information to support decision-making We are currently recruiting **Data Controllers**, responsible for managing, analyzing, and controlling Occupational Health and Safety (HSE) related information in development projects. **Work Modality:** * **Work Schedule Regime:** 10 days on / 10 days off * **Working Hours:** Full-time * **Work Mode:** On-site at the mining unit **Responsibilities:** * Manage and administer HSE-related databases. * Record, validate, and control operational and documentary information. * Ensure project data traceability and consistency. * Develop dashboards and indicators (KPIs) for monitoring and control. * Analyze information to support decision-making. * Consolidate management and project progress reports. * Monitor records and compliance with documentary standards. * Provide information management support to the project team. **Academic Qualifications:** * Technical or university degree in any field **Work Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in information handling and control. * Experience in HSE database and record management. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Advanced Excel * Power BI (intermediate) **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Formal employment registration from day one – General Regime * 100% CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios) * 30 calendar days of vacation * Essalud health insurance Application Question(s): * Please indicate your current place of residence and telephone number. * Please state your availability to start and your salary expectation. * Do you have experience managing databases? * Have you developed management dashboards or indicators? * Do you have knowledge of data analysis or programming (Python or others)?
