This is your opportunity to become part of a rapidly growing artistic company. **Position Profile:** We are seeking an **Artistic Manager** responsible for the full operational, strategic, and artistic management of our company. This person will serve as the central link between the artistic vision and the professional execution of our activities. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Hiring and Partnerships:** Establish contact with production companies, festival promoters, entertainment companies, and record labels. Negotiate contracts and fees. * **Strategic Management:** Plan productions, performances, recordings, and other commitments. Provide guidance on the development and positioning of our artistic brand. * **Talent Development and Recruitment:** Identify, evaluate, and hire new talent in dance and music to strengthen our artistic team. * **Professional Advising:** Guide and support the artistic careers of all permanent staff (dancers, musicians, etc.), ensuring their growth and visibility. * **Press and Communication:** Coordinate media interviews, supervise and manage social networks and digital communication to maintain a direct and active connection with our audience. * **Rights and Sponsorships:** Manage image rights, brand licensing, and establish strategic partnerships with sponsors. * **Innovation and New Opportunities:** Research trends and digital tools that create new business avenues and visibility for the company. * **Artistic Personnel Coordination:** Supervise the performance and organization of the artistic team in every performance or project. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in artistic direction, cultural management, or event production. * Leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills. * Established network of contacts within the cultural, musical, and entertainment sectors. * High level of proactivity, organization, and creativity. * Availability for in-person work and/or occasional travel. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a growing company with international prospects. * Artistic, creative, and professional environment. * Possibilities for career development and recognition in the cultural sector. **Applications Open:** Send your CV to seleccion@fiestadivina.com or through this same channel.
