Opportunity to contribute to a memorable service experience. **Position Mission** Provide a warm welcome and efficient assistance to guests upon arrival, during their stay, and at departure, supporting luggage handling and in-hotel orientation, thereby contributing to an agile, friendly, and memorable service experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Greet and welcome guests upon hotel entry. * Assist with luggage transportation to and from guest rooms. * Accompany guests to their rooms and explain basic hotel services. * Coordinate with the front desk regarding check\-in and check\-out requirements. * Support requests for taxis, tours, or other services. * Maintain order in the lobby, entrance, and assigned areas. * Respond promptly and courteously to basic guest requests. * Safeguard luggage in cases of early check\-in or late check\-out. * Report observed incidents or maintenance needs. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed secondary education (hospitality or tourism studies preferred). * **Knowledge:** * Customer service * Basic/intermediate English (preferred) * **Experience:** Preferred in customer service or similar roles. * **Competencies:** * Excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented attitude * Effective communication * Proactivity and teamwork * Professional appearance and responsibility Workplace: On-site employment
