Document control and compliance with obligations **Accounting Assistant Profile** **Job Objective** Provide support in the company’s accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, document control, and compliance with administrative and tax obligations. **Main Responsibilities** * Record accounting entries (revenues, expenses, and journal entries). * File invoices, receipts, and supporting documents. * Assist with bank reconciliations. * Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Prepare basic reports (revenues, expenses, balances). * Assist with monthly closings. **Requirements** * Technical degree * **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year in a similar position (preferred). * **Knowledge:** * Basic accounting * Excel proficiency (basic–intermediate level) * File organization **Skills** * Organization and attention to detail * Responsibility and punctuality * Handling of confidential information * Ability to work in a team * Basic communication with suppliers and customers * Proactive learning attitude **Competencies** * Integrity * Orderliness * Process adherence * Results-oriented mindset * Stress tolerance **Common Tools** * Excel / Google Sheets * Accounting software Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,025.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
