Job Summary: We are seeking a Solid Waste Operator to manage, record, collect, sort, and prepare waste, as well as operate machinery. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the waste storage facility and generate reports. 2. Operate composting machines and waste shredders. 3. Experience in waste management and teamwork. MEGAPACK TRADING SAC **– is seeking personnel to fill the position of:** * **Solid Waste Operator** * **Work schedule: 21 days on / 7 days off** * **Work location: Cusco \- Repsol\-Lot 57** * **On-site, Full-time** * **Payroll contract with all social benefits effective from Day 1.** **Responsibilities** * Manage the waste storage facility. * Record weights and complete reporting forms. * Waste collection / receipt. * Perform waste sorting and preparation. * Bale waste and store it in 20-foot containers. * Comply with technical specifications and guidelines established by the Client. * Supervise order and cleanliness of completed work. * Operate composting machinery. * Perform manual composting. * Operate waste shredding machinery. * Clean BQP. * Ensure adequate stock of waste bags. * Prepare reports as requested by the Supervisor. * And other related duties. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions involving solid waste operation and maintenance. * Knowledge of waste management. * Submit a documented CV to the email address provided. **Skills** * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Communication and presentation skills. * Persuasive, Honest, Responsible, Punctual, Empathetic.
