Main Responsibilities \- Courteous and empathetic interaction with parents and pediatric patients (in-person, via WhatsApp, and phone calls). \- Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling medical appointments. \- Payment processing and administrative coordination. \- Coordination with physicians and healthcare staff. \- Patient data registration and updates. \- Support in general clinic administrative tasks. Requirements \- Technical or university studies (ongoing or completed) in Administration, Health Sciences, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in the healthcare sector). \- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business and basic office tools. \- Strong verbal and written communication skills. \- Ability to work under pressure and with a high sense of responsibility. Personal Profile \- Friendly, patient, and empathetic demeanor (mandatory). \- Organized and punctual. \- Proactive and open to learning. \- Service-oriented vocation, especially toward children and families.
