Organization and control of accounting and tax documentation. **Accounting and Tax Assistant – On-site** Modality: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Department: Accounting / Tax **Job Description** An accounting and tax services company is seeking an **Accounting and Tax Assistant** to support accounting, tax, and tax compliance processes, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, proper document organization, and timely fulfillment of tax obligations. **Main Responsibilities** * Organize and control accounting and tax documentation. * Record accounting vouchers and transactions. * Prepare Monthly Sworn Statements for IGV\-Corporate Income Tax. * Calculate penalties and/or interest on unpaid taxes. * Draft responses to SUNAT’s inquiry letters, summons notices, and official notifications. * Monitor the SUNAT electronic mailbox. * Prepare Annual Sworn Statements for Individuals. * Assist in reviewing Annual Sworn Statements for Legal Entities. * Prepare information requested under tax requirements. * Prepare PDBS Exporter Favorable Balance. * Submit accounting books and records via the SIRE platform and the PLE. * Conduct various procedures before SUNAT. **Requirements** * Studies in **Accounting** (Bachelor’s degree or certified professional). * Two years’ experience as a **Tax Assistant**. * Knowledge of accounting and taxation. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with accounting software is desirable. * Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, among others). **Key Competencies** * Organized and methodical. * Attention to detail. * Responsibility and adherence to tax deadlines. * Commitment to regulatory compliance. * Teamwork. * Ethical and confidential handling of information. **We Offer** * Salary: S/1,800 to S/2,200 gross monthly (subject to evaluation) * Work location: San Isidro Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
