We are looking for a General Manager to comprehensively lead strategic, administrative, financial, and operational management, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and sustainable organizational growth. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the company’s integrated management and achievement of strategic and commercial objectives. * Design and implement growth and development strategies. * Oversee budgets, costs, revenues, expenses, and financial results. * Lead and supervise the workforce. * Supervise internal operations and processes, ensuring efficiency and quality. * Analyze key performance indicators and make decisions to improve profitability and productivity. * Represent the company before customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Experience as General Manager or in senior leadership positions. * Experience in administrative, financial, and operational management, preferably in gastronomy, hospitality, retail, or services. * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, International Business, or related fields. * Strategic vision, analytical ability, and decision-making skills. * Leadership, negotiation, organizational, and results-oriented capabilities. **Working Hours:** Internal coordination.
