Whether it involves a results-oriented strategy, attention to detail, the experience we deliver to our customers, or goal achievement, you will contribute to an outstanding corporate culture—which, in turn, translates into exquisite experiences for customers and passengers. **If you are seeking to develop your skills and become part of the future of luxury, this is your moment.** **Responsibilities** * Map and document operational process flowcharts using corporate tools (Bizagi, Visio, or other designated tools), ensuring fidelity with actual operations. * Develop and update process documentation: procedures, work instructions, forms, and records according to corporate guidelines. * Maintain the corporate certification requirements matrix (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Earthcheck) up to date. * Support logistical and documentary preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring availability of evidence. * Prepare periodic reports on the status of findings, non-conformities, and IMS action plans. * Support information gathering for identification and assessment of operational, regulatory, and compliance risks. * Generate periodic KRIs reports and risk treatment plan status reports for EO\&CG Management. * Develop applications and automations for risk registration, tracking, and reporting (Power BI, Power Automate, AppSheet, or similar). * Perform other job-related duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or final-cycle student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience supporting processes, documenting management systems, preparing reports, or similar administrative roles. * Additional knowledge: Desirable background in quality management, BPM, document management, process automation, or data analytics. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI. * Experience with process modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio, or others). * Knowledge of management systems (ISO 9001\) and risk management. * Experience developing dashboards and automations. **Working Conditions** * Work location: Railway operations at the Cusco office. * Requires availability for frequent travel to stations and tourism services. * Participation in corporate meetings and internal audits. **Benefits** * Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits. * 100% covered oncological insurance for the employee. * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities. * Collaborative environment and service- and excellence-oriented culture.
