Ensure excellent customer service throughout the tourism experience. Coordinate operational logistics, including tour scheduling, passenger transportation, itinerary management, and resource allocation. Review information recorded by the sales executive to modify and/or report any inconsistencies found. Review documentation files (itineraries, tickets, signage, etc.) to ensure they are delivered to passengers by field staff. Service verification and reconfirmation. Coordinate with representatives, hotels, and restaurants regarding specifications, requirements, and/or operational details to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate the purchase of gifts, amenities, coolers, snacks, water, etc. Implement the contingency plan in crisis situations (strikes, natural disasters, accidents, thefts).
