We are currently seeking top talent for the position of: PART-TIME SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – COMBAPATA Responsibilities Handle customer transactions and sell services while delivering high-quality service, transparent information, and strict confidentiality of customer operations and data, thereby safeguarding users’ information confidentiality. Guide customers transparently on offered products and services, providing solutions to ensure quality service, courtesy to customers, and preservation of a positive institutional image. Sell services according to assigned targets to achieve agency and company objectives. Perform daily cash reconciliation and report any surpluses or shortages to comply with internal control procedures. Carry out internal control activities to ensure operations comply with internal procedures and supervisory regulations, minimizing the risk of sanctions. Competencies Customer Experience Collaborative Spirit Innovation Excellence Accountability Continuous Improvement Requirements: Education: Technical professional, graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or incomplete studies in any field from technical institutes or universities. Experience: Experienced Service Representative: Six (6) months in the same role, or one (1) year as a Customer Service and Quality Assistant or equivalent positions within financial institutions.
