Provide close and expert advisory aligned with the Wow service model to build trust; successfully sell BCP products and ensure timely follow-up to close transactions, fostering customer loyalty and promoting new business opportunities. How will you make a big impact? Deliver clear and personalized advisory to customers, following the Wow service model, to build trust and lasting relationships. Offer and sell BCP products according to each customer’s needs. Follow up with customers to ensure their transactions are completed correctly. What do we need from you? University students and/or technical graduates in related fields such as Economics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Administration, Communications, and Accounting. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service and/or financial product sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office at the user level. Why join our team?
